REMARKS

1. The price above is one person's price, exclude 8% SST.

2. Child policy:  Free of charge, for 0-2 years old, 3-11 years old 50% of the package price, Children who take up a bed consider the same price as adults.

3. Single occupancy: A 50% surcharge will be added to the single package price.

4. Those who need to leave the resort for personal reasons will have to bear the transportation cost by themselves.

5. Transport from town hotel to jetty will be charge RM10/PAX (minimum 4pax).

6. Rental equipments available in island at own expenses.

7. Our company reserves the right of final interpretation of this activity.

8. Foreigners have 20% extra charge than IC holders (Malaysians).

9. The fees for Sabah Park vary depending on the park and activity. Below is a list of some of the fees for popular parks and activities in Sabah:

Marine Concervation fees: 

Malaysian aged 12 years old and below, 60 years old above & person with disability free of charge

-International aged 18 years old and above RM20.00 / person / day
-International aged 17 years old and below RM12.00 / person / day
-Malaysian aged 18 years old and above RM8.00 / person / day

  • Arcadia Resort to Seafest Jetty Semporna - 11:30am or 2:00pm. 斑淡南岛度假村到海丰码头 – 早上11.30出发 或下午2.00出发。
  • Please take note : guest arriving after departure time will be considered as a "NO SHOW".  注 ：顾客在出发时间过后抵达将会被视为“缺席”。
    *Special boat request subject to availability and extra charges.  特殊船只要求需视情况而定并额外收费。


Room Check-in time: 2:00; Room Check-out time: 10:30am (Late checkout will be charged cleaning fee of RM300/hour)

入住时间：下午2.00；退房时间：早上10.30am (迟退房将会额外收取马币300/小时)。


Child policy 儿童政策:

Free of charge for 0-2 years old, 3-11 years old 50% of the package price, Child who take up a bed consider same price as adult. 儿童收费 ：0-2 岁(免费), 3-11 岁(配套价钱的50%). 如儿童独占一张床，将会视为成人价钱收取.


Notes 注意事项:

  • For those who need to leave the resort for personal reasons will have to bear the transportation cost by themselves.  因个人原因需要离开度假村的顾客需自行承担交通费用。
  • Should there be any increase/changes in conservation/jetty fees, the difference must be paid before check in. 如有任何入岛费/码头费，顾客必须在入住前付款.     
  • Kindy reminder: Please do not bring oversized luggage. 温馨提醒：请不要携带超大行李箱。
    Corkage fees will be charged for alcohol and beverage brought into the resort. 如顾客自行携带酒精类饮品，将会被收取开瓶费。
  • Our company reserves the right of final interpretation of this activity. 最终解释权归本公司所有。


Cancellation policy 取消政策:

If the booking is cancelled after payment, the following conditions will be charged: 如付款后取消预订，本公司根据以下条件进行退款：

  1. Guest who cancel more than 31 days before check in date – Fully refund. 入住前 31 天以上通知取消的顾客，全额退款。
  2. Cancellation is notified 30-20 days before check in date, 50% of the full amount will be refund. 入住前 30-20 天之间通知取消的，退全款的50%。
  3. Less than 20 days before check in date - Non-refundable and no changes of date. 入住前少于20天通知取消的，无退款/不能更改日期和资料。
  4. Cancellation is not allowed for special promotion bookings on low season. Guests are advised to review the cancellation policy at the time of booking. Any changes or amendments to the booking, including dates, room types, or guest names, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Arcadia Beach Resort reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. The decision of the resort management is final in all matters relating to this promotion. 淡季特别促销订单不允许取消或退款。建议客人在预订时查看取消政策。对预订的任何更改或修改，包括日期、房间类型或客人姓名，均需视供应情况而定，并可能产生额外费用。阿卡迪亚海滩度假村保留随时修改、修改或终止本促销活动的权利，恕不另行通知。度假村管

  5. Low season staying period: 15th February 2025 (check-in date) - 30th June 2025 (check-out date), 26th August 2025 (check-in date) - 28th September 2025 (check-out date), 7th October 2025 (check-in date) - 23rd December 2025 (check-out date). 淡季入住期：2025 年 2 月 15 日（入住日期）-2025 年 6 月 30 日（退房日期）、2025 年 8 月 26 日（入住日期）-2025 年 9 月 28 日（退房日期）、2025 年 10 月 7 日（入住日期）-2025 年 12 月 23 日（退房日期）.
