At ARCADIA BEACH RESORT PANDANAN ISLAND, we understand that sometimes plans change, and that’s why we have a flexible refund policy in place.
31 days or more before check-in date:
If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 31 days before your check-in date. We will refund the full amount you paid, less any transaction fees.
30-20 days before check-in date:
If you cancel your reservation between 30 and 20 days before your check-in date, we will refund 50% of the full amount you paid, less any transaction fees.
Less than 20 days before check-in date:
If you cancel your reservation less than 20 days before your check-in date, we regret to inform you that the reservation is non-refundable.
Please note that all refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
