Terms and Conditions

Booking Confirmation:

Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of the full payment. You will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your booking.

Payment:

Full payment must be made at least 31 days prior to the check-in date. In case of cancellation, please refer to our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your booking, the following terms apply:
• 31 days or more before the check-in date – fully refund. • 30-20 days before the check-in date – 50% of the full amount will be refunded. • Less than 20 days before the check-in date – Non-Refundable.

Arrival and Departure:

Check-in time is 2 PM and check-out time is 09:30 AM. Please inform us if you require an early check-in or late check-out.

Responsibility:

ARCADIA BEACH RESORT PANDANAN ISLAND shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to your property during your stay.

Liability:

ARCADIA BEACH RESORT PANDANAN ISLAND shall not be liable for any inconvenience, loss, damage, injury or death caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, civil disturbance, government intervention, strikes, or failure of public utilities.

ARCADIA BEACH RESORT PANDANAN ISLAND reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Malaysia
