Seafest Jetty Semporna to Arcadia Resort – 10:00am or 2:00pm (Loading begins at 09:30am or 01.30pm).
Please take note : guest arriving after departure time will be considered as a “NO SHOW”. 海丰码头到斑淡南岛度假村 – 早上10.00 出发 (早上09.30 开始上船) 或 下午02.00 出发 (下午01.30 开始上船)。注 ：顾客在出发时间过后抵达将会被视为“缺席”。
Arcadia Resort to Seafest Jetty Semporna – 11:30am or 1:30pm. 斑淡南岛度假村到海丰码头 – 早上11.30出发 或下午1.30出发。
*Special boat request subject to availability and extra charges. 特殊船只要求需视情况而定并额外收费。
Room Check-in time: 2:00; Room Check-out time: 9:30 (Late checkout will be charged cleaning fee of RM100/hour) 入住时间：下午2.00；退房时间：早上9.30 (迟退房将会额外收取清洁费马币100/小时)。

- Guest who cancel more than 31 days before check in date – Fully refund. • 入住前 31 天以上通知取消的顾客，全额退款。
- Cancellation is notified 30-20 days before check in date, 50% of the full amount will be refund. • 入住前 30-20 天之间通知取消的，退全款的 50%。
- Less than 20 days before check in date – Non-refundable. • 入住前少于20天通知取消的，无退款。
