Holiday Package

1. 所有活动均受天气状况和其他不可预见情况影响。管理层保留修改, 替换或取消任何活动的权利, 恕不另行通知。All activities are subject to weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances. Management reserves the right to modify, replace, or cancel any activity without prior notice.

2. 客户须在预订客房后的七天内缴交总金额。付款完成后，预订不可退款；允许修改预订信息（如入住日期或客人姓名），但须视酒店房态而定，并可能产生额外费用；未提前修改而未到店者视为取消，不予退款。Customers must pay the total amount within seven days of booking. Reservations are non-refundable after payment; modifications to booking information (such as check-in date or guest name) are permitted, subject to hotel availability and may incur additional charges; failure to arrive without prior modification is considered a cancellation and is non-refundable.

3. 一旦收到汇款,预订将被确认。若超出了收款限期, 本公司将有权在没有任何通知下自动取消客房。Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. If the payment deadline has passed, the company reserves the right to automatically cancel the room without notice.

4. 取消或者更改订单,本公司将不会退款。No refunds will be given for cancelled or modified bookings.

5. 所有预定的房间以先到先得来安排，无法指定特定房间号。All room reservations are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis; specific room numbers cannot be specified.

6. 本公司有权保留在不预先通知的情况下进行修改和改进所有的旅店设施和配套价格.The company reserves the right to modify and improve all hotel facilities and package prices without prior notice.

7. 本公司有权在不作另行通知情况下改变行程或气候不适而取消旅行。The company reserves the right to cancel the trip without prior notice due to changes in itinerary or inclement weather.

8. 本公司恕不负责行李损坏或遗失或随身物遗失, 疾病, 损伤或进行高风险的活动。建议客人自行购买旅游保险。Our company is not responsible for damage or loss of luggage or personal belongings, illness, injury, or engaging in high-risk activities. Guests are advised to purchase travel insurance.

9. 本公司恕不负责任何无法预测事故,如气候或航班等不在本公司控制范围内的问题而做出损失赔赏。Our company is not responsible for losses due to unforeseen events, such as weather or flight issues beyond our control.

10. 任何附加活动必须在岛内与相关部门核实其时段与价格，入住前添加的附加活动需要提前付款。Any additional activities must have their dates and prices confirmed with the relevant departments on the island. Additional activities added before check-in require advance payment.

11. 任何活动安排如生日蛋糕,房间布置等需在至少3天前通知预定部门以进行安排和定价。Any activity arrangements, such as birthday cakes or room decorations, must be notified to the reservations department at least 3 days in advance for arrangement and pricing.

12. 陆路交通安排需至少在入住前7天在系统中填写或联系预订团队。Land transportation arrangements must be filled out in the system or contacted with the reservation team at least 7 days before check-in.

13. 一旦预订成功，需在7天内支付全额房费，否则预订将在预订日期的7天后自动取消（若未收到任何付款）。Once the reservation is successful, full payment is required within 7 days; otherwise, the reservation will be automatically cancelled 7 days after the booking date (if no payment is received).

14. 若入住日期在预订日起一个月内，则需在3天内全额付款。If the check-in date is within one month of the booking date, full payment is required within 3 days.

15. 为确保顺利登船，请至少在出发前3天提供所有客人的姓名和身份证/护照号码。由于船只乘客名单必须在出发前1天最终确定，如未能按时提交所需信息，度假村有权拒绝登船。To ensure smooth boarding, please provide the names and ID/passport numbers of all guests at least 3 days before departure. As the passenger list must be finalized 1 day before departure, the resort reserves the right to refuse boarding if the required information is not submitted on time.

16. 出于安全考虑，严禁携带爆炸物、易燃物品或酒精饮料登船。所有自带酒水进入度假村均需支付开瓶费。For security reasons, explosives, flammable materials, or alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited on board. A corkage fee will be charged for all beverages brought into the resort.

七、旅行保险建议及免责声明 | Travel Insurance Recommendations and Disclaimer

1. 为了您的方便和安心，我们强烈建议所有宾客提前购买旅行保险。这样可以保障您在遇到天气恶劣、航班延误、航班变更或任何其他超出度假村控制范围的情况时，能够获得相应的保障。For your convenience and peace of mind, we strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance in advance. This will ensure you have adequate protection in the event of severe weather, flight delays, flight changes, or any other circumstances beyond the resort's control.

2. 如果因马来西亚气象局（MET Malaysia）发布的恶劣天气预报导致行程取消或延期，建议宾客参考其旅行保险的承保范围。If your trip is cancelled or postponed due to severe weather forecasts issued by the Malaysian Meteorological Department (MET Malaysia), please refer to the coverage of your travel insurance.

3.对于因恶劣天气、自然灾害、航班变更、航班延误或任何其他超出度假村控制范围的不可预见情况造成的任何不便、损失或行程中断，度假村概不负责。The resort is not liable for any inconvenience, loss, or trip interruption caused by severe weather, natural disasters, flight changes, flight delays, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the resort's control.
